About Andres

I specialise in blending end-to-end customer strategy (CX) with product-level user experience (UX) to help organisations growth through better experiences.

I began my career as an interaction designer, creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. Over time, I realised the greatest impact doesn’t come from pixels alone, but from understanding people, listening to their needs, challenges and aspirations, and designing with those insights in mind.



 

With 25 years in design thinking, I’ve helped transform customer experiences across finance, software, media, professional bodies, and e-learning.
